New Vintage Don Jacobo Blanco 2015

Now available a new vintage of our Don Jacobo White 2015, a young and fresh wine, suitable for vegetarians, made from carefully selected 100% Viura grapes.

Pale yellow with greenish and bright reflections. It is very fruity on the nose, with hints of tropical and fresh flowers. Fresh and full in the mouth with green apple sensations. Slightly acidity to enhance its virtues.

A round and very well-balanced wine perfect to be enjoyed on its own or with a variety of cold and warm dishes like shellfish in general, baked or grilled fishes, aperitifs, vegetable stew and puddings.
