We begin the last quarter of this year by presenting the new vintage 2009 of our Don Jacobo reserva; an elegant wine, produced from a selection of our best grapes and aged for 22 months inoak barrels and resting in bottle for more than 12 months.

Red ruby colour with slight brick-red glints. A complex aroma with spices and mineral hints and a well-assembled fruity backbone. Round, tasty and elegant taste with a good tannic structure and well balanced in mouth. 

Our reserva fits perfectly with all types of roasted or grilled red meat in general, fish dishes with strong sauces. Mature cheeses and dried fruits, ideal to enjoy when autumn knocks at the door.
