TASTING NOTES

Colour: Brilliant strawberry red.
Aroma: Intense fresh fruits with soft hints of jellies.
Taste: Very fresh, intense, round and silky with lingering finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Starters and cold dishes. Paella, risottos and pastas; marinated salmon and red tuna fish; light stews of chicken, turkey or rabbit.

TEMPERATURE TO BE SERVED

To be served between 8ºC and 9ºC.
