TASTING NOTES

Colour: Bright and intense red cherry. 

Aroma: Soft, aromas of red fruits and hints of compote and pastry. Light mineral notes and well assembled oak hints. 

Taste: Well-balanced, silky, soft tannins and hints of spices. Lingering finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Red meats with tasty and spicy sauces. Special game and wildfowl casseroles. Mature or smoked cheeses. Black chocolate desserts.

TEMPERATURE TO BE SERVED

To be served between 16º and 17ºC.
