Exceptionally well balanced after maturation in both cask and bottle, this wine offers a singular harmony for its attractive colour, delicate flavour and velvety texture.

GRAPE VARIETIES

85% Tempranillo. 10% Garnacha. 5% Mazuelo and Graciano.

AGEING

In casks: 18 months
Bottled in: July 2016

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Lovely deep red cherry.
Aroma: Soft hints of red fruits and liquorice. Well-balanced fine notes of oak.
Taste: Flavours of spice and vanilla. Soft tannins, good structure with lingering finish.


FOOD PAIRING

Stewed and roasted meats and chops grilled over vine twigs. Poultry and rabbit stews. Fish in sauces. Cured ham and medium matured cheeses.

TEMPERATURE TO BE SERVED

To be served between 16ºC and 17º C.
