TASTING NOTES

Color: Garnet red color of high intensity.

Aroma: Great complexity of aromas, reminiscent of cinnamon, black fruit, clove and sweet spices.

Taste: Sweet tannin on the palate, memories of chocolate, coffee and caramel, long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal with slow roasted meats.

To be served between 15ºC and 18ºC
