THE COOKER ÁLEX GARCÍA CHOOSE CORRAL WINES TO ELABORATE HIS DISHES AT A WORKSHOP

The chef Álex García, responsible for UMM, both of the Cava and that of San Juan Street held a workshop to be the PERFECT HOST, organized by Degusta LA RIOJA at the Ibercaja Center.

He prepared three elaborations to learn to enjoy cooking and surprise the guests. Our wines were present once the course was over, at which time all attendees tasted the dishes.

Elaborated dishes:
Tuna soasado with roasted salmorejo.
Lasagna with squid in its ink.
'Crunchy' strudel.
