HARVESTING RIGHT NOW!-[26-09-2009]
We are already harvesting! this means extra work in the winery, no doubts, but it means as well the final steps of an one-year-long work in the vineyard... However, once inside the winery the work has just began: desteming, fermentation, maceration, pumping over, rackings,... still a lot to do during few more months till we can see the first results on our young wines on the begining of the 2010.
In the mean while, whoever visiting us during these days will have the chance of watching the special activities done arround the harvesting: weight and quality checking of the grapes arriving in the bodega, the reception well, vats,... being lucky probably some body could taste these wine-to-be grapes.
If you wish to take part in this visits, better you hurry up as harvesting is planned to be done before middle of October, and these are busy days for the visits.
