WINE UNDER THE STARS - AUGUST 8TH 2009-[01-06-2009]
Last week "La Rioja Turismo" presented to the media a brand new activity that will be developed during this Summer 2009, "Wine under the stars", a singular pairing in between wine"s and astronomy"s worlds that will take place in Bodegas Corral next August 8th, Saturday.
This event takes part of the conmemorative acts for the Astrnomy International Year 2009, rememberibg the 4th Century aniversary of the first astronomic observations through a telescope by Galileo Galilei.
Transportation by bus is included from Logroño to Bodegas Corral, where, after a guided tour and during a wine tasting, the sky will be observe with the help of La Rioja Astronomic Asociation members who will explain the constellations, the mythology and the linking with the wine"s world.
